The Rhode Island Radio & Television Hall of Fame has announced the Class of 2026.
Congrats to Heather Gersten and Will Gilbert from The Wolf!
Heather is also the co-host of the ‘Heather & Matty’ show and the Wicked Awesome 80’s Show on The Wolf’s sister station, Lite 105. She has been waking up Southern New England for 23 years and also acts as the radio station’s Assistant Program Director and Imaging Director.
Will Gilbert grew up in Rhode Island and for decades has been heard on the air on The Wolf’s sister station, 92 Pro FM. He’s also the co-host on THE RHODE SHOW.
Other inductees include Art “Spencer” Soares (Former Lite 105 ‘Lite Nite’ Host), Sara Wye, the late Bill Rappleye, Les Breault, and Jim Hummel. Lite 105 also celebrated its 40th Birthday last June and will be honored at this year’s ceremony.
The RIR&TV HOF ceremony takes place at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick on 9/24/26. Tickets will be available here.
